Rocco has held a management position since 1989. His customer and personnel relationship management, site reviews, and lease procurements led to successful expansions of the Sbarro franchised restaurants.
Rocco received a bachelor’s degree in International Studies from DePaul University in 1994
Since 1999, Rocco has concentrated on land and business procurements. Rocco has established relationships with national retailers, including Simon Property Group, Richard E. Jacobs Group, and General Growth Properties, and multiple municipalities in the State of Illinois to provide
successful combinations of retailers for Plena’s Management developments.
