Anthony attended DePaul University and studied Business finance before joining the enterprise in 1994. Prior to that, he had extensive experience working hands-on at various restaurant locations.
As a principal of Plena Management Company, Anthony focuses on managing legal affairs, negotiating leases, raising financing, government relations and construction management.
Anthony’s “get it done” work ethic has enabled him to take the lead on various important initatives such as the financing and construction of the Vertiport Chicago heliport project.
His diverse and extensive business experience helps guide Sedes to make business decisions the most efficient and profitable as can be.
