Possessing a wide variety of skills, from restaurant operations to marketing to finance, Melissa plays a key role in the opening of new stores and the successful implementation of new technology, protocols and procedures.
Melissa’s accomplishments include the roll out of new point-of-sale technology and the training of staff to properly utilize it, creating operational and training procedures, managing in-store technology rollouts, overseeing successful franchise marketing campaigns and developing a comprehensive business review system.
